Dog Runs In Manhattan
Here is a brief list of dog runs in Manhattan:

•    Battery Park City, Public.
Battery Park City, corner of West Thames Street and West Street

•    Carl Schurz Park Public.
East 86th Street and East End Avenue, in the Park

•    Central Park
Concerned dog owners living near Central Park in Manhattan, NY have started movements to establish dog runs in the park. One near Tavern on the Green, and one as part of the Sheep Meadow.

•    DeWitt Clinton Park, Public
Located between 52nd and 54th streets and between 11th and 12th Avenue. Two dog runs in the park: 1) on 11th Avenue and 54th Street- and 2) between 11th and 12th Avenues on 52nd Street.

•    J. Hood Wright Park, Public.
West 173rd Street and Haven Avenue.

•    Madison Square Park Public.
East 24th Street and Fifth Avenue

•    Fish Bridge Park Public.
Comer of Pearl and Dover Streets, just South of the Brooklyn Bridge

•    Peter Detmold Park Public.
East 5 1  Street, East of Beckman Place, near the F.D.R. Drive

•    Riverside Park - 87th Street Public.
West 87th Street, Central Promenade

•    Riverside Park - 105th Street Public.
West 105th Street, Central Promenade

•    Riverside Park - 121 Street
Concerned dog owners in the Riverside Park 121  Street area of Manhattan, NY have started a movement to establish this 3rd dog run in the park. It will most likely be just north of the tennis courts.

•    Robert Moses Park Public.
East 42nd Street between First Avenue and the F.D.R. Drive

•    St. Vartan's Park
The Murray Hill Dog Owners Association has started a movement to establish a dog run in St. Vartan's Park located between 35th and 36th streets on First Avenue.

•    Sara Delano Roosevelt Park
A Lower East Side group has started a movement to establish a dog run in the park. The probable site is an approximately 9,000 square foot area known as "the pit". It is between Delancey and Broome Streets on the north and south sides, and Forsythe and Christie Streets on the east and west sides.

•    Theodore Roosevelt Park Public.
West 81  Street & Columbus Ave Next to the Museum of Naturel History. (Planetarium Side)

•    Thomas Smith Park Public.
West 23rd Street, between 11th Ave and the West Side Highway

•    Tompkins Square Park Public.
East 9th Street near Avenue B

•    Washington Square Park, Public.
