4. Add unique dimensions to our tours
   - Have load of pictures (worth a thousand words)
   - Music
   - Give out maps & handout to retrace our tours on your own
5. Have tours that are relaxing and social. Encourage participation and people’s comments & responses!
6. Teach secrets and unique things about New York that no one knows!
7. Add male & female perspective as well as academic (teacher) and business company owner view points.
8. Make it exciting, award prizes and gifts for responses. Be interactive and not dull!
9. Keep it casual and a healthy pace for our walks.
10. Always strive to improve our tours. Always give 150% and absolutely make sure our guests have a fun & enlightening experience. Also help them to never view my NY the same way again.
